If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be:

Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping is non-refundable and a 10% handling or re-stocking fee may apply. Bella Marie does not guarantee the lifetime of our product, nor is it liable for damages caused by our product. We regret that we cannot accept custom orders or sale items for exchanges or refunds. Dried and preserved materials are fragile; Bella Marie is not responsible for breakage after shipment has arrived.
